A gorgeous two bedrooms and two bathrooms condominium within the Estrella “E” tower of Bella Sirena. Bella Sirena is one of the most beautiful and popular resorts found on Sandy Beach.
Starting with the living room where is equipped with a queen size pull out sofa bed and a single chair of the same fabric material of brown color. In the center of the living room area is an iron glass top coffee table. Right in front of the sofa and chair, it is a Mexican wooden entertainment center with a flat-screen tv and right on the side of the entertainment center a couple of small tables for your convenience. A sliding glass door with beige drapes takes you to the balcony to enjoy the breeze and view directly to the old port of Rocky Point and sandy beach. Above the living room, there is a recessed circular soffit that holds a ceiling fan.
The master bedroom within a King Size bed, white beautiful comforter, 2-night lamps on top of a glass top side tables, also a chocolate color dresser with 7 drawers, a flat-screen tv on top of it and a French door that will lead out to the patio where you will have the most awesome view of the Sea of Cortez and all its splendor. The master bathroom inside the master bedroom, with double sink vanity with plenty of counter space and lighting for him and for her. There is a shower made of travertine with a glass block enclosure you will really enjoy the separate elongated bathing tub perfect for soaking the day away.
The guest bedroom with a King Size bed and cherry dark-colored bedspread, 2 side night lamps on top of the small glass top tables and 2 framed pictures on the wall above the headboard. Across from the bed, it is a 6 drawer's wood dresser with a large mirror and TV. the double sliding glass door takes you directly to the balcony, this is the only resort that has access from each bedroom to the balcony o terrace. The guest bathroom with a shower and single vanity sink is located on the hallway between the guest bedroom and living room that shares with guests.

The dining table is a rectangular wooden with 6 chairs are all high back. The wall behind the dining table has an old-world style of art.
This Kitchen has dark chocolate wood cabinets with granite countertops. All the appliances are black including a built microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, and top and bottom door refrigerator. Also some small white and black appliances like a coffee maker, toaster and blender. Drawers and cabinets are filled with everything needed for entertaining and preparing your meals up for 6 people. The kitchen has a granite breakfast bar with two bar stools.
The patio has been furnished with a round glass top table and 4 comfortable chairs, so you never miss a wonderful sunrise or sunset over the Sea of Cortez.
The unit comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit BE 502 of the Bella Sirena Resort.
Wireless internet is provided by owner and cable tv service with 14 channels. The underground parking is only for owners and front building parking is for renters.
A tennis court is for owners and renters, Casado provides the rackets and balls rent service at our front desk office. The exercise room is only for owners use not for renters.
4 pools are offered to our renters located as follows: First pool and 1 Jacuzzi located between building A and B and a charcoal grill on the side. The second pool, 1 Jacuzzi and charcoal grill is located between buildings D and E. In the middle of the resort is the 3rd.pool in front of building C it's a heated pool (winters only) and pool bar. The 4th. The pool is closer to the ocean and it is heated on winters too.
Security gate guards are 24 hours 7 days a week.
