Summary: Spacious, conveniently located near the night market with friendly staff although a bit more attention should be made to the conditions of the bathrooms, specifically the drainage. Grould level bathroom shower drain was extremely clogged and overflowing for the entirety of our stay. Also the lobby area/concierge is severely understaffed and during the check out it was a bit chaotic with check-in and check-out guests were all gagging for attention of poor staff who was single handedly handling the whole situation. I'd stay again but definitely not during the peak season.
