Positive: Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, quiet out of the way location.

Negative: Power cuts & intermittent wi fi, smoke alarm went off @ 1am & took some time to sort out.

Summary: Very comfortable, friendly staff - always greeted with a smile, massage chairs in lobby are great
