Positive: The capsules are a funny, novel thing to do, with the TV inside and the lights and all that. Nice and cold inside the pods and there's lots of space for sitting out in the common zone if you don't mind the mosquitos. Satisfactory facilities lockers towels etc. 24hr Family Mart literally next door came in huge over Tet.

Negative: Capsules are plastic and very noisy, and arrayed in a huge dorm space, so you aren't getting the experience of privacy that you might be after. It's honestly moreso just an inconvenience getting in and out, compared to normal bunks. Seeing as it's priced the same as a hostel I can't complain, just worth considering.
