This home will delight you with its magnificent Pacific Ocean views from every room. The oversized lot, with its lush tropical landscaping and stunning turquoise pool, includes a large covered palapa for enjoying the cool ocean breezes while relaxing pool side. There are two extra large covered terraces, with plenty of outdoor furniture to lounge on while reading or just enjoying the views.
Inside the villa, the large open living, dining and kitchen areas are perfect for entertaining family and friends. A gourmet kitchen, with quartzite waterfall island, stainless appliances, including six burner gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and wine fridge, makes cooking a breeze.
