Casita two bedroom is outdoor living at it's best, you can see the sea from every room :)
The outdoor living area is huge with amazing views of the Sea of Cortez on one side and the beautiful mountains on the other. The kitchenette, living area, dinning and one bedroom are on the second floor with the second bedroom and outdoor bath on first floor by Casita staircase and pool.
You have use of the private pool . It's an easy walk to the beach down the arroyo "right outside gate " or a 6 minute drive to town for restaurants, banking, grocery shopping etc. There is a lot you can do, rent quads, horses or just relax.
Our neighborhood is safe, friendly, quiet with wonderful wildlife all around .
We live on first floor with our rescue dogs and cats who are also quiet and friendly! If you need anything we are here, if you don't we will give you all the privacy you like...
We do have security cameras that are set ONLY to the property's entrance gates.
