Located in the Puerto Vallarta’s upscale version of a Bel Air community known as Las Gaviotas, Casa Solaina will impress from the start to finish. With a perfect blend of Mexican style architecture with 4 cupulas, high ceilings, and a solid wood spiral staircase impeccably refinished, that authentic charm is coupled with all the modern finishing one comes to expect from a newly renovated/updated Villa – all located in the heart of the city close to every imaginable local amenity. From the Costco a few blocks away, fine restaurants next door in popular Versalles neighbourhood, to the beautiful Malecon and the various beaches, all that Puerto Vallarta has to offer is just a few short minutes (or an affordable 60 pesos uber) away from this perfectly situated villa. You can walk to Las Glorias beach in 15 minutes or enjoy a longer trek to the Malecon in Centro if you like walking the local streets. The villa offers 5 bedrooms, with 5 bathrooms inside and one bathroom outside. With the new renovations done on the home there are 8 beds (1 King, 5 Queens, 1 Single on top of a Queen in bunkbed style, and 1 large Twin sofa bed on the top living room area. We also provide two queen sized air mattresses for use by larger groups. You could comfortably sleep 15 on the current beds, plus there are 2 air mattresses available.

The house is filled with top of the line amenities on the inside, and the outside boasts a large heated pool with a unique large waterfall feature, all of which is complimented with a built in hot tub that seats 10 comfortably. The L.E.D. and Flame light accents throughout this entertainer’s backyard add to the nighttime ambience. It is the perfect family or group getaway. Simply put, guests can enjoy their time in the home without even wanting to do more if that is your wish!
