Located 5 minutes away from the Nai Yang Beach where the Sirirat National park is located, this single-storey luxury villa will please serenity seeking travelers and families alike.
Designed in a modern and contemporary style, the villa features a private pool surrounded by tropical trees and a lush garden.
The main entrance is to the large living room that offers views of the swimming pool and a big comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV. Open to the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove and all utensils.
The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with double sink, deep soaking bath tub and a separate walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms have en-suite facilities as well.
Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
