Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: It is newly built and the layout and interior is fresch and new.

Negative: The dishwasher did not work. Neither the washingmashine. The master bathroom smelled sewer/poop as there were some kind of problem with the floor drains and toilet. There were always personell in the house - the cleaning took 3-5 hours a day and then the manager came very often to look how we were doing… the location is REALLY BAD as it is on the largest road in Phuket and there is construction going on around the house all the time. When you are outside you can not hear eachother so it is not possible to have conversations outside, the road is so noisy. It is extremely difficult to cross this road and very dangerous to get anywhere by walking, you will need to get a taxi to get out of the house. There are no western cutlery - if you want to eat in and use a knife you can not. There were no pool towels for us to use the first days. The beds are OK but the pillows were very high and hard. The first days we could not use the TV as there were no electric cable for it…

Summary: Will never return. Way to expensive for the value it brings.
