Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very convenient location, walking distance to Ben Thanh, Nguyen Thai Binh (foodie heaven), Dong Khoi (upscale bars) etc. The main road, Ham Nghi, is spacious and not crowded, easy to book a ride. Room is bright and clean, although equipments are somewhat dated. I arrived early and could drop off my luggage in the common area.

Negative: Nothing that bothered me, but some points for other guests to consider: The nearby Zion bar that’s loud into late night - the staff warns about this at every opportunity: in the listing, during booking, checkin and in the room as well. No lift: you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. No staff onsite by default. We sorted out everything on chat. I had mobile data for that. I also paid with Vietnamese money transfer, but I am sure there is a solution for foreigners as well. Located in a small alley, where cars cannot enter. You will need to walk 30 metres from the main road. No room service during my stay. I didn’t need it either and preferred that way, so didn’t ask. For more services, consider Mersey Central in Yersin street, operated by the same company.
