Positive: Stayed 4 nights and had a great experience. The room was actually better than the photos online — clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was really good. They have buffet options but also freshly cooked dishes you can order like pho and different egg choices, which I loved. The spa is also worth it. We got a massage right after a red-eye flight and it was perfect. Good value and very relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and their recommendations around the city were spot on. Would definitely stay here again if we ever visit Hanoi in the future!

Negative: This is very minor, but the shampoo and soap bottles were quite small and a bit hard to squeeze, so it took some effort to get the product out. Other than that, everything was great.

Summary: Great experience overall, excellent value for the price
