Positive: 1. The owner was very kind and friendly. She has two dogs and she loves them very much, so this place is very pet friendly. 2. The location was perfect. Very close to markets, parks, bts station and others. 3. The washing machine and dryer were so useful and saved us so much time. 4. The fridge was also spacious enough for all the people living there. 5. There was a bird knocking on the window each morning, asking for food. And also, there were two squirrels at our window. We loved it!

Negative: 1. That we didn't have a TV, like it was presented in the booking pictures. We had to request it. 2. There was no hand soap and no hand towels. For us that was a bit odd. 3. The bathroom ventilation fan evacuated the odor inside the room instead of outside.

Summary: Great location, hope this place will grow in time.
