Positive: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The shower in the room was perfect. The wifi is good enough for working online and video meetings.

Negative: I booked this hotel because online it says it has a rooftop pool and a restaurant. The rooftop pool was out of operation and there is no restaurant or bar in operation. If I'd known this before I booked I would have booked a different hotel that actually has the facilities it states. Instead we were directed to a hotel 5 minutes walk in the street behind to use the rooftop pool and restaurant/bar there. The pool downstairs needs a proper clean, my kids and other guests complained it had a strange and unpleasant smell. The pool downstairs is out of bounds after 6pm which again is disappointing especially after a long journey and arriving at 7pm..No pool, no bar, no food!
