Positive: Xuân is extremely helpful and full of energy and very generous. She will be able to organise every aspect of your stay in Phong Nha. Great location with fabulous views from most of the rooms and from the breakfast area Very peaceful part of town

Negative: A bit of a trek in to town and/or to the nearest restaurants although Xuân does have bikes to use.
