This very attractive pool villa consists of three good sized bedrooms, two of which have en-suite bathrooms with spacious showers. There is also a guest toilet, but guests staying in the third bedroom will have to shower in one of the two en-suite bathrooms.
There is also a large living room with open plan kitchen and breakfast bar.
Although the property is in a high end and secure gated community, the house itself is also very private and quiet, being set behind high walls, which means the front garden/sun-terrace and swimming pool area is not overlooked. The swimming pool is reasonably small, commonly called a dipping pool, but the development does also offer a much larger and very beautiful communal swimming pool and well equipped clubhouse, which includes a coffee shop and restaurant, just 50 metres or so from the villa along quiet, private roads.
We meet guests upon arrival to show them around the property and give them the keys. We are available by telephone during the day and evening. We are not always contactable late at night, but will always return calls/messages as early as is polite the following day. There is security on-site 24 hours a day who can help with any emergency situations that may possibly arise.
Although the villa is extremely private and very quiet, it is very close to lots of attractions. Outside of the gated community, there are lots of restaurants, bars and other entertainment, including a very nice area of food stalls providing a wide variety of extremely tasty and very affordable Thai street food, which is highly recommended. Next to that is a small market which sells a wide variety of exotic fruits. There are countless massage shops, beauty salons, convenience stores (including several 7-11 stores) and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The beach is approximately 250 metres away.
The development is located in the centre of Jomtien on the new Jomtien Second Road and the house is about 50 metres from the entrance to the development. One can easily jump on a Baht bus either to go to the southern end of Jomtien (on one side of the road) or to Pratumnak Hill and Pattaya (on the other side of the road). Walking Street is approximately 3 kms from the villa and easily reached via Baht bus, taxi or motorcycle taxi. Car and motorbike rentals are available close by at very reasonable rates.
