Villa 5 is adjacent to the renowned 5 star Laguna Residential and Hotel Complex and has access to numerous hotels, dining, golf and entertainment choices. A gourmet supermarket called Villa Market is located in the area for home dining with full international food and beverage selections and new Tesco Lotus is 5 kms away for the weekly shop.
The Villa has a large private pool and small rear garden and has 3 en-suite bedrooms sleeping 6-7 people with optional extra-bed. The villa is decorated with bright airy theme with local cultural accents in the design.
The Villa is let with maid and laundry service on alternate days and has "on-call" concierge service providing tips and advice on the local area as we appreciate most guests will be unfamiliar with the local environment and amenities.
The Owner (UK expat living in Vietnam) will be accessible throughout by telephone or WhatsApp messaging should matters arise that need Owner attention as we pride ourselves in being responsive to ensure our guests have a stress free vacation.
A car can be provided as an extra-cost on request. Transport can be arranged by Grab Taxi, Tuk-tuk and contact numbers can be provided for on-call service.
The area has not been over-built and is regarded as the new up and coming beach where the local environment has not been spoilt but for the more adventurous Patong and Phuket town are accessible by car, 25-35 minutes away.
Day-trips include Khao Lak and World Heritage site of Phang Nga an archipelago of outlying islands including the famous James Bond Island.
The Owner has taken his own young family to experience bamboo river rafting, sea-kayaking, island sight-seeing trips, sea-fishing, elephant sanctuary, pony trekking, turtle harvesting farm and is able to assist in booking tours or preferably assisting with self-drive or "go it alone" with private driver at significantly lower cost than a Tour Agent price that average around USD 100+ per adult and USD 60+ per child for any arranged tour.

Our family often spends the day at nearby Bliss Beach Bar and Restaurant or nearby Sunwing Resort Hotel to enjoy the sun-deck, restaurants, pool with kids slide and afternoon sun-downers on a clean and tidy kept beach.
All beaches in Thailand are now state controlled so small private vendors have all but disappeared all over Thailand giving the beaches a more natural look and feel.
These small enterprises catering for walk-in beach trade will surely return slowly once the authorities approve licenses and permits. In the meantime the bigger hotels provide excellent family beach environments adjacent their hotel frontage complete with sun-lounger, hammocks, shade and of course a beach masseuse service but the hotels may charge a fee negotiable if dining there.
