Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a unique atmosphere and one of the most stunning views of the Chao Phraya River. The room was exceptional, very comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. What impressed me the most was the level of service. The team is highly professional, attentive and genuinely cares about every detail. All of our requests were handled with care, and everything was arranged beautifully. This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and Mandarin Oriental as a brand continues to deliver an outstanding experience.
