Positive: Villa was great, very clean (pool, garden and house is clean by pool maintenance, gardener and maid 3 to 5 times a week). The pool is great, the BBQ area is great, they even have somebody to clean it after use if you need. Very quiet, about 15mn from city center HuaHin so your better option is to have a car. All in all, highly recommended, my family after 14 days didnt want to leave ... I want the same house for my retirement ... The communication with host was excellent, thank you Khun Pan.

Negative: Power plugs around the house need to be probably changed as a lot of electrical devices needed some play with the plug to have it work properly (loose connection often). Excess electricity bill a bit on the high side (I live 20 years in Thailand so I know the price per kilowatt), but no big deal as I understand it is a business also.
