Positive: The homestay owner is very friendly and always available on WhatsApp to help or share tips. I asked in advance for a room with a window, and it was great—spacious and comfortable, and both the room and the bathroom were clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, with few residents, and you can take lovely walks along the riverfront. There's only one food cart that operates until 11 am and a small, poorly stocked store. If you don't ride a motorbike, I recommend stocking up on food before arriving at the homestay or ordering through Grab.

Negative: The building has potential, but unfortunately, it's not well-maintained.
