Negative: The owner does not speak any English.The check-in and check-out times on booking.com are indicated differently. In addition, the owner sometimes simply comes into the room without knocking first. You can't agree with him because he doesn't understand and you have to translate everything for him with the Vietnamese translator because he doesn't want to do it himself. At the same time, the rooms are very low, so that as a person who is taller than 1.70 m actually doesn't really have room in any room. There is also only one bathroom for all rooms with shared bathroom. You can't pay by credit card, although it is indicated on booking.com that only possible for card payment.

Summary: I would not book this stay again because the owner also does not see that he should change anything about the wrong info
