Positive: Welcome to this absolutely wonderful accommodation (at least if you get a room on the top floor) - a newly built hotel, immaculately clean rooms with full amenities - exquisitely comfy mattress, big TV, a damn washing machine in the bathroom (!), some type of futuristic hairdryer I've never seen before (!), keycard activated door, private balcony looking at sunrise with floor to ceiling windows, common balcony looking at sunset, solid location with good restaurants around (but not much else), very enthusiastic and amenable staff, sufficient parking space... Incredible value for money.
