Positive: The hotel is small as it’s inside an old Villa of District 3, the most high end district in the city. Just a little stroll to D1 but quieter. The rooms are new and well decorated, with very good bathrooms. Nice pool with lush tropical garden. I see some negative comments on size of the pool but it’s the perfect size for such a small hotel. There is no view but it’s understandable on a 1 floor hotel. Very nice garden, but what makes it different is the people. Amazing staff. Very welcoming and ready to help with any request and always with a smile.

Negative: I agree with many people on the fact that the only black spot is the breakfast. The hotel does not have a restaurant. But this should not be an excuse for a not up to par breakfast. 2 selections and poor quality. OJ in a can, no butter, no jams, no bread and pastry basket. It’s ok to take away the hunger but far from pleasant. Better don’t offer breakfast and make a deal with the pastry across the street.
