This 3br+den (Double bed)/4ba house is ideal for families, wedding parties or couples looking to enjoy the magical town of Sayulita.
Upon entering the antique-designed front door, guests are greeted by a magnificent open stairwell with three large hanging chandeliers, lighting the way to the two primary bedrooms on the top floor. Both air-conditioned bedrooms open up to an expansive terrace with fantastic ocean and village views.
From this floor, guests can continue up the staircase to the rooftop patio, a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the ocean, set up a workstation/outdoor office for your stay, or sit and enjoy a margarita while watching the sunset at night. You may even catch a glimpse of the dolphins jumping and breeching whales in-season.
The kitchen, dining, and open-air living room make up the off-street level of Casa Compadres and are beautifully furnished with hand-selected artwork, lighting, and furnishings from throughout Mexico. In addition, a large digitally controlled refrigerator and stocked kitchen ensure guests have the option to create fabulous meals from ingredients purchased in the local markets.
The lower level offers a tropical oasis complete with a gorgeous heated pool with waterfall, lounge chairs, tropical plants and palm trees. A large garden area with a palapa provides a private escape to enjoy a book in the shade or a lazy afternoon in the hammock. Adjoining the pool area is the “stone” bedroom appropriately named for the beautiful stonework wall. This bedroom also has a private marble-tiled bathroom with a unique indoor/outdoor shower.
