The location doesn’t get any better than this! 4 acres of private beach front in the middle of the best kitesurfing in the bay. . Nestled on a sand dune between the huge cactus fields and the crystal blue waters of the sea of Cortez. If you have kited here you have probably used this house as your outside turning reference point. Casa Colvabunga was built in take in the ocean,mountain desert and city views from every room in the house. 3 bedroom and modern decor, huge rooms and deck areas.
2800 square feet of beachfront paradise. This home was built to take in the stunning views with lots of glass to bring the outside in. It is a modern style home with two huge master bedrooms on the upper level and living and a third bedroom on the lower level. The open concept kitchen and living spill out a spacious deck area and tropical garden. We have recently installed AC/ Heat into the bedrooms for added comfort. The beach here is beautiful soft sand for miles and the water is safe for swimming as well.
