Positive: It has all facilities but not in perfect conditions. This property (apartment) seems to have been rented for short stay and legally if found could be fined up to 20,000Baht as per the notice provided on the front of the Tower A. This place is called Belle Grand.

Negative: TV was old and only half of the screen can be seen / need replacements. Air conditioning in Room 2 was broken and not working - electrician attended but could not fix and therefore need replacing.
