Boutique hotel style single family home with private pool and unbelievable roof top oasis to relax and entertain your favorite people. Each bedroom features a King sized bed. Bedroom 3 also has full over full bunk beds to accommodate up to 10. You will be delighted by the rooftop oasis- perfect day or night to relax in the sun or shade from the pergola. It features 4 swing chairs, lounge chairs, couch seating, a grill & dining table. Endless shells on the beach across the street.

Islas Del Mar is a Living Sanctuary with a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course clubhouse and the Crane restaurant. You will see beautiful birds all over the property. The lagoon is perfect to paddle board and two are provided at the property. The tidal pools are wonderful to explore and the shells on the beach are countless.
Your name will be left with the guard at the gate. Access to the home is via a door code. The garage may be used by the guest. If the opener is not returned there will be a $100 fee.
This is a private home in a luxury gated community with a private pool and fantastic roof top living space. All yours to enjoy!
