Summary: It was in some ways fine. But they were really pushy with sales, which I don’t think is proper. Now when finally needed to booke something then messed up and didn’t book it! We were suppose to leave for the airport at midnight, and they hadn’t booked when we came down. Honestly we should just have gotten a grab at this point, but they immediately booked a new airport transfer - that came 30 minutes later! Not ideal when going to the airport, what made it even worse the driver was super slow (50kmh on the highway!) super unsafe and uncomfortable, and he was on his phone non stop, and fully ignored us when we tried to talk to him. When you book thorough the hotel you expect them to have proper drivers. I’ve never had a hotel put us in such an unsafe situation.
