Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: staff were really great - welcoming & so helpful! Also management was amazingly understanding & helpful when I requested an early check-out due to issues in the room (thank you again!). Location is pretty good, its super easy to access D1 & D3 but not the same as staying in them. Also lighting & windows in the room were gorgeous. The place has great potential but needs some work to be considered luxury (or at least the suite I stayed in does).

Negative: I booked the superior one bedroom & it didn't feel superior. There were dishes to use, but no dish soap or scrub which left me concerned about how clean the kitchen items were (there was also old food left behind from the prior guests in the cupboard). Cleanliness in general wasn't up to standards and the bathroom had visible mildew around the sink and the bathtub - it should be deep cleaned & renovated. Also noise & smells travel easily between suites so I wouldn't recommend if you're sensitive to sounds or scents like I am.
