Positive: What I liked: We have been travelling for four weeks and staying in nine different places, and this was by far the best stay of our entire trip. The staff were absolutely incredible — extremely friendly, kind and helpful, and they spoke very good English. They genuinely went out of their way to have conversations with you and make you feel welcome. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning greenery and a very peaceful setting across the river. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent — while not the biggest buffet we’ve had, the quality of the food was outstanding, and we loved that you could order coffees and other drinks made fresh and included in breakfast. The pickleball courts were a highlight for us and we played every day. A really special touch was the room being serviced twice daily, with fresh water each time and a small nighttime treat. Complimentary snacks were provided in the room daily, and on arrival we received a complimentary traditional meal which was delicious. Overall, the stay was fantastic.

Negative: The pool water was a bit cold for me.
