Positive: What I liked the most was the hotel manager — truly an exceptional person! He spoke perfect English, was always kind, attentive, and went out of his way to help us with everything. He even told us about his family and his three boys, which showed how open and genuine he is. Thanks to his kindness and hospitality, our group felt completely at home and had an unforgettable experience in Ninh Binh!

Negative: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like! Everything was perfect — the staff, the room, the pool, the breakfast — all exceeded my expectations. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
