Summary: This was our first trip to Vietnam as a young family with two boys aged 9 and 11. We didnt know anything about the location, building or local customs. LIKED: Located in the "Japan town" area so there are lots of Japanese restaurant, bars and combini options. There is literally a 7-11 attached to the foyer. Its also in walking distance to Muji, Uniqlo and Viacom Center for shopping. The apartment itself is large with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/toilets. The furnishings are comfortable, modern and were helpful as a family with two kids. From a communications perpsective, the management used whatsapp and were able to answer any questions and helped arrange airport pickup. There is also a general building reception in the foyer. Loved: the high floor (level 12) has multiple views of the skyline and the washer and dryer were perfect for us. Would have been perfect if we could also leave bags downstairs after checkout. Overall a great stay and would recommend!
