Positive: - Breakfast was pre-defined set menu. One dish and drink was allowed per person in that set menu. Being vegetarian I asked the restaurant staff to prepare vegan dish from the set menu and they prepared everyday. - The staff in this resort are very friendly and ready to help you in the best possible way. My original check-in time was around 10 PM but due to flight delay I could check-in at 4 AM. The free car pick-up service from the Phu Quoc airport was still arranged for us even at 3 AM, the driver was still waiting for us outside the airport. That was really helpful and amazing service from the resort. For free return transfer to airport from the resort after check-out, the car was arranged and the driver arrived exactly on time with a very nice SUV. - Special thanks to the reception manager Mr. Tee and receptionist Ms. Winny who supported us very well and made our stay very comfortable. - Free mud bath service was really awesome in this resort.

Negative: - The location of this resort is on the top of hill which is not easily accessible if you don't have your own rental car or bike because Grab taxi drivers were not usually interested to receive taxi request for this resort location. Even if taxi was available, very high price was asked by the taxi driver due to up-hill location. One evening, after waiting for so long for taxi, we had to walk on steep slope to reach the resort which took around 30 minutes from the main street. Usually in taxi, it just took 5 minutes. So, from location perspective, the guest must have own rental car or bike. It could be very helpful if the resort has some option of battery operated buggy to pick/drop from/to the main street as it is just around 1 Km away. - Being located in a natural landscape on top of hill, there were bugs, mosquitoes and frog in the room. Not sure if that is usual in Vietnam because it was my first visit to Vietnam, but I didn't like those in my room considering the high price of this resort.

Summary: Very friendly staff, clean air, natural environment, restaurant with an amazing city view.
