Positive: We loved our stay here. The property was so peaceful. We stayed three weeks and got to know the locals. Our room was comfortable. The air conditioning worked! The kitchen was very well set up. Aunty and uncle who look after the property are the sweetest people you could meet. We loved them. I had seen a review about the dogs being vicious. That certainly was not our experience. The dogs were lovely and friendly. There is a rice paper village a few KM’s away that is so much fun to go and visit. You can help make the rice part and have a look around. Plus they sell the crackers. You

Negative: Not so much the property but maybe a lack of communication. We specifically chose this property because of Grandma cooking and maybe teaching people how to cook. We found out on our first day that she wasn’t living there anymore. Which was fine but the listing does need to change. Luckily we had aunty and uncle looking after us. So it wasn’t all bad. The other issue is that we were not aware the gate got padlocked on the night of Tet which was so disappointing. Biggest night of the year and we couldn’t leave to watch the local fireworks. It also could have been a safety issue had we not been able to get out in an emergency. This wasn’t communicated to us. Potentially we would have gone back to the city for the night as we feel we have missed out on a great night that we won’t have the opportunity to see again.

Summary: This place comes and home and family. It is beautiful, peaceful, and filled with love.
