However, our Vidanta membership entitles us to use all seven Vidanta resort locations (Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Puerto Penasco, Mazatlan, Riviera Maya and Acapulco) and every possible unit level and size, from entry-level Sea Gardens through Mayan Palace, Grand Mayan, Bliss, Grand Bliss, and Grand Luxxe all the way through 4-bedroom Grand Luxxe lofts and the soon-available estates area. Vidanta’s Riviera Maya resort is a jungle paradise, with 1000 beautifully landscaped acres of grounds dotted with fantastic pools and bordered by a magnificent beach. The resort offers six separate levels of resort facilities, 18 bars and restaurants, a Jack Nicklaus-designed par three golf course, lavish spa services, and fabulous nightly live entertainment including access to the resident Cirque du Soleil theater and JOYA, Cirque du Soleil’s out of this world Mexican-themed show. Wooden walkways allow you to get around safely, or you can use the all-electric fleet of shuttles to take you wherever you want to go. The resort offers relaxation as well as activities to suit every taste—nature walks, cocktail-making mixology classes, pool activities, or the serenity of days on the beach or at one of the pools.

As our guests, you are entitled to free pick up at the airport in Cancun for the 30-minute drive to the resort (return is on your own). If you are driving, parking is available for a nominal fee.
All units receive twice-daily maid service including complimentary coffee/tea service every morning, nightly chocolates and treats, your own concierge, free wifi with upgrade through our membership to Premium, and 24-hour room service.
All water throughout the resort is purified and safe to drink.
Unit occupancy is 4 adults plus two children.

--As our guests, you will have access to the highest level of Vidanta services. Others offer rentals at Vidanta; very few can offer you everything that we can.
--PLEASE CONTACT US WITH THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN YOUR PARTY (ADULTS AND CHILDREN UNDER 12), PREFERRED DATES, THE RESORT LOCATION YOU ARE INTERESTED IN, AND YOUR PREFERRED LEVEL OF ACCOMMODATIONS. WE CAN HELP YOU FIGURE OUT WHAT WILL WORK BEST FOR YOUR PLEASURE AND ENJOYMENT, INCLUDING MULTIPLE UNITS FOR LARGE PARTIES—AGAIN, SOMETHING MOST OTHER VIDANTA MEMBERS CAN’T OFFER.
--check-ins are on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday only, and all stays are in units of seven days. Multiple seven day consecutive stays are possible with our membership, something many other Vidanta members cannot offer.
--At check-in, you will be asked for a credit card imprint to cover any charges you make during your stay. You do not need to use money for anything in the resort.
--At check-out, you will be charged a local tax and small resort and energy fees.
--Any damage to the rooms or resort is solely your responsibility as the renter.
--Cancellation policy: Reservations are non-refundable. We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance that will protect them in the event a member of your party becomes ill or you need to cancel your reservation. We can help you with purchasing insurance. And, we will work with you to reschedule, if necessary, for COVID-19.
