Family Beach House with gorgeous sands and exotic natives plants, birds and shallows waters of Gulf of Mexico. Just recently built last year on the most exclusive beach Zone of Yucatan, with a lot of space, on this private property.
A full beach house 4 Bedrooms 5 Bathrooms on two floors. On the first floor, there is the laundry room, one bedroom with bathroom, a second complete bathroom for guest, kitchen with enclosed pantry room, refrigerator, oven-n-stuff, microwave, dining room with sofa, front beach terrace and private pool. On the second floor, we have three bedrooms, all of them with bathroom and private balcony for a great view. One room it’s an entertainment room with sofa another room has two double beds, and the Master Suite has king size bed, large bathroom with Jacuzzi and hydro massage for two people, and large private balcony. All second-floor room is the air conditioner.
The beautiful beach it's protected with sand dunes surrounded from native vegetation, make this incredible postal view of nature, sand, and sea.
This property is located a few minutes from downtown Chicxulub Puerto, like 10 minutes on bus, where can find a municipal market and regional seafood restaurants, pharmacy and liquor store, also if you want to take any tour We can do the connection with a Certificate Travel Agency for any regional tour like Archeological Zones, Ruta Maya Tours, Eco-tours, City Tour.
