Positive: This apartment was everything it promised to be. The host and the staff were extremely warm and responsive. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean upon our arrival, and was cleaned quite often during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine mades life so easy. The beds and the linen are good quality, lush and quite comfortable. The apartment has lots of storage space in the bedroom and the kitchen, which is perfect for long stays. The location is amazing, with easy access to a mall, with many restaurants, shops, a grocery, drugstores, a medical center and many 7/11s and convenient stores around the neighborhood, all within walking distance. There is a spectacular park with games, food and activities just opposite the building, great for families with kids, so the views from different rooms are all phenomenal. There is easy access on foot to buses that take you to Saigon. The building, its compound and its amenities are top tier. The gym is well equipped and modern. The host was also kind enough to hold our luggage for us after check-out. My wife and I are definitely going to stay here again whenever we are in Ho Chi Minh with friends or relatives.

Negative: My wife's only wish was for 2 additional pillows on the very comfortable bed on which we both slept extremely well. Besides that, our stay was perfect.
