Casa Iguana is steps from the water and definitely has the WOW factor INSIDE AND OUT! The villa is very private and quiet. The tranquil sound of the waves at night... Watch the boats pass through your view. You can do your own whale watching right from the terrace! The villa has three bedrooms, three ensuite bathrooms and is steps from the water. The villa serves as a perfect romantic getaway for a couple or comfortably accommodates a family or group of eight.
Casa Iguana is located in a development called Villa Serena. Villa Serena is a guarded and gated community with 24 hour security. There are very few homes here in Villa Serena compared to the other developments in Cabo. The views are also phenomenal. Only 15 minutes by car to downtown Cabo.
Relax in the shade under the home's beautiful palappa or in the sun on the homes comfortable chaise lounges. Afterwards, cool off in the home's dip pool right next to the palappa. You can also enjoy our spacious outdoor terraces with plenty of seating to take advantage of the arch and Land's End's views and or whale watching.
Stick your toes in the sand at Villa Serenas private beach which has it's own private access. Just a few minutes' walk from the home. The development of Villa Serena also has its own over-sized community pool. The community pool is less than a minute walk if that from the home! Most likely you will have the community pool and the private beach all to yourself.
The development of Villa Serena also has it's own restaurant, aptly called the Villa Serena restaurant. It made our top ten list of our favorite Cabo restaurants. (The top ten restaurant list is in the home along with brochures of the many activities that Cabo has to offer.) Right across the street from the development of Villa Serena is the Santa Carmela market and a new Fresco supermarket. These markets carry many organic products. Other nearby stores within two miles from the home are Costco plus Walmart and Walmart's food court.
