Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Management was very quick to respond and resolve any issues. The location is extremely convenient for shopping and dining out. The suite was comfortable and almost fully equipped. We did have to ask for a coffee maker and frying pan but got them immediately. They have a water delivery service that comes twice a week and delivers the full jug right to your door but we never used it. Unfortunately we didn't know how it worked so we just bought large jugs from Walmart. Beds were comfortable and AC worked great and a bonus laundry room to hang your wet towels and bathing suits but no laundry on site. We met so many lovely people who offered lots of tips and advice which was greatly helpful. The pool and surrounding area were where we spent most of our time and except for the construction noise next door it was very nice. The pool was well maintained but there was talk of draining it to repair the new paint that was chipping off in some spots.

Negative: We were supposed to have a deck or balcony and we didn't. We never tried to change rooms and spent our outdoor time in the pool courtyard. The garbage in the streets is hard to get used to and they throw away everything. Also said no pets but was a couple there who had a dog. They were very good about not letting him bark or bother people though.
