One bedroom with full bath, detached from main house yet still inside the securely enclosed courtyard, offers additional privacy. Direct beach access with low fenced enclosure in front to keep small dogs (two maximum allowed with additional $100 non-refundable deposit) securely inside. There is a full kitchen, if you feel like cooking, but Manny's Beach Club, Pink Cadillac, and more are all within walking distance if you don't. Attached covered patio deck with gas grill on the beachfront side offers a beautifully relaxing view of the Sea of Cortez, where dolphins and sea lions can often be seen swimming by. Low tide exposes a multitude of tide pools, filled with a wide variety of sea life. Inside, there is internet and a smart TV. Each bedroom and the main living space has its own separately controlled Air Conditioning/Heating unit to allow each guest to choose their comfort level.
