Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. all special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges, the children's water park will be closed due to maintenance from august 25th to september 8th, 2025. during these dates, all other services and areas of the hotel will continue to work regularly, and in strategic areas there will be inflatables and an extensive program of activities in areas exclusively for children.
