This house was created by "The Secret Power of the Pyramids". It has the identical characteristics to the pyramids of Cheops in Egypt; help to rearrange molecules, make vegetation grow much faster, the power of meditation and rest is unmatched.
This beautiful residence in La Peña has direct access to the lake, without a doubt one of the best properties in the area, it has granite floors, very fine wood and the doors are works of art by the master Víctor Class.
The Space:
The most impressive part of the house is the large pool and a beautiful Jacuzzi with a privileged view of the entire lake. It also has an interior dining room and an exterior dining room and two interior family rooms in its upper part and an exterior chilling room in addition to the kitchen. Garage for five cars and large gardens. One of them of about 250 square meters.
It has a private garden in both the upper and lower bedrooms, and all have a view of the lake. It has a professional cinema room for 20 people, a large games area with electronic hockey, table tennis, darts and a living room with another cinema projector. Outside you will find a Fire Pit on the shores of the lake to enjoy burnt chocolates with your family or friends.
