This is one of the only truly private beach experiences in Tulum, as Casa Carolina is the only Villa on the property and the beach is never shared with any other rental units, casitas or bungalows!
We are a private beachfront oasis directly within the coveted Tulum Hotel Zone, steps from Tulum's world famous restaurants. It is the premier beach location not only in Tulum, but in all of Mexico.
Each of the 5 spacious bedroom suites features its own large en suite bath with massive shower that is separated from the sleeping area. Additionally, each room features its own sitting area, secure access/entry and private balcony/terrace with direct ocean view.
The spacious common areas on the first floor, outside and rooftop allow for a relaxed, inviting atmosphere conducive to both intimate conversations, alfresco dining and mingling with other friends and family.

The Villa features its own beach side partially shaded swimming pool which offers a cool reprieve from the sun. Other amenities include beach beds, palapas, outdoor shower, roof top sunset deck, large open gathering areas, outdoor covered patio/decks, internet access and a private, secure walled compound.
The staff quarters are located on site within the compound for both guest convenience and security.
